Description

Notes

• Used to make a catseye for highways.
• Can be stored in a bulk storage bin.
• Quality is capped by the lesser of the quality of stone shards and your paving skill divided by 5.
• Even Fo priests can create blind catseyes (and doing so increase their paving skill).
