Description

Can be cast on both aggressive and non-aggressive creatures, and enemy players if on a pvp server.

Removes one fifth of a creatures strength.

Decreases a small portion of one characteristic in small intervals during a period, which is dependent of the power of the cast.

3. Select Spells > Weakness
