Description
Increases the players combat rating.
Notes
- You can only have a single Truehit effect active. Any subsequent casts from the first will attempt to improve the power.
- Very good for channeling skill gain due to the favor cost and ability to repeatedly cast on self. Power increases length of effect, can be several minutes for a 50 power cast.
